Whats good y'all? I can't believe it's November already. God damn this year flew by. Anyway, just came across a nice new tribute mixtape from DJ Clue showcasing some of the best music from Stack Bundles. Although I wasn't a huge fan of Stacks, I did recognize his tremendous progress and growth as an artist during his short life and career. When he first came on the scene, he wasn't much different than your typical NY mixtape rapper, but as he matured he started making music with a lot of depth and passion. It's such a shame that he was murdered at a time when he was making the best music of his life and was also in a position with the Dipset/Byrdgang to start making an real impact on the mainstream. Well, about the tape...If you're a fan, you'll notice a lot of these tracks are old, but if you've never listened to him this is a great collection of tracks to introduce you to the man and his music. Rest in peace.
