In this morning's update, I got a nice big bag of that uncut raw for y'all to peep. As always I got nice selection of nothing but the freshest music from the past 24-48. First off we got fresh album cuts from the likes of Murs/Snoop, Black Milk, Busta Rhymes, Devin The Dude, U-N-I, & Jake One ft. MOP. Next up are some freestyles from Killer Mike, Torae, Skyzoo, plus Budden & Charles Hamilton live on Green Lantern's Invasion radio show last night. Rounding out the update are some hot joints from Freeway, Bangladesh ft. Busta & Rausss, a tight Madlib & Kweli collabo, an interesting song off the Obama inspired "Yes We Can" comp. featuring poet Malik Yusef, Kanye & Adam Levine of Maroon 5. Finally, I got a couple tracks from a new name to keep an eye out for...XV. The 22 year old emcee from Kansas has been making some waves recently with his new 40 Days/40 Nights series and I got 2 of my favorite joints thus far for y'all to check including "The Incredibles" which features fellow young guns Mickey Factz, Currensy, Tyga, Skyzoo, + Cory Gunz. And I know I sound like a broken record, but thanks for dealing with all my bullshit as I've had to go back to the drawing board after Blogger made it impossible for the new layout to work. I don't want to get into specifics...but long story short...because the Google hosting service is so simplistic, they make it real difficult to manipulate the way things look. Oh well. I had no Plan B...so I'm working on it as we speak. To those of you who contacted me about the open staff positions, you'll be hearing back by this afternoon.

But I can't stay mad at Google for too long...since they just officially unveiled their new G1 phone for T-Mobile which is aiming straight for the throat of the iPhone. And from what I've seen & read...it could very well take the crown. I've been looking to upgrade to a Smartphone with Wi-Fi/3G access for awhile now and although the iPhone was looking like the best choice...those sky-high data plans & shitty touch keyboard just weren't cutting it. Thankfully my prayers have been answered with this G1 jumpoff. It may not be as slick looking...but it's got the touch-screen with a full slide-out keyboard plus virtually all the features of the 3G iPhone with the sick new "Android" OS developed by Google with a key 3rd party app support feature. Oh yeah and did I mention it's only $175?! Needless to say, I already caved in and pre-ordered that joint for same day delivery when it drops on October 22nd. Check out more info on the G1 click here.
