Amongst the crowd of hipster emcees that are getting so much shine these days, it's almost like dudes keeping hip-hop in the streets are being ignored. However, there are a few emcees of Latin descent that are staying true to their roots and establishing themselves as some of the illest emcees in the game. Following in the footsteps left by the late great Big Pun, dudes like Termanology, Joell Ortiz, and Nino Bless are proudly carrying the torch to preserve the Latin presence in hip-hop. Although many are familiar with Term & Ortiz, many are just hearing about Nino Bless.

Although he's just recently stepped into the spotlight, Nino has been in the game for a number of years as a ghostwriter, marketer, and member of Immortal Technique's Foul Play crew. After working extensively with the legendary Kool G. Rap, the Brooklyn native found himself being encouraged by both G. Rap and Technique to quit writing for others and begin spitting himself. From that point on, Bless has been squarely focused on his new career and is quickly becoming one of the best young emcees in the game thanks to his intricate lyrics and tight flow. In just a short amount of time Bless has built up quite the resume thanks to collaborations with Kool G. Rap, Bun B, Joe Budden, Saigon, Grafh, Styles P and more.

Now that he's established himself and generated some buzz, Bless is about to take it to the next level with his first official release "Untold Scriptures". The street album is presented by DJ's Big Mike, Mick Boogie, + J-Love and was officially released digitally as a free download just yesterday. The project features guest spots from: Saigon, Joell Ortiz, Styles, Joe Budden, and Crooked I along with production from Focus, Scram Jones, The Blackout Movement and more. Check it out below...
