Damn...it's finally good to hear some news from one of my favorite groups: Little Brother. After splitting ties with both their label and producer 9th Wonder, LB bounced back strong with '07's "Get Back" despite many fans writing them off. Since then, Phonte & Big Pooh mutually decided to take another break as a group so they can focus on their various side & solo projects slated to be released this year. For Big Pooh, this includes a solo album "Dirty Pretty Things" and "The Recipe", a collabo album with Detroit producer Young RJ (Slum Village/BR Gunna). As for Phonte, he's currently working with producer Nicolay on another Foreign Exchange album "Leave It All Behind" which is finally completed and should be out by fall.

However you won't have to wait long for more LB music, as it was just announced this week that they have decided to release their latest mixtape "And Justus For All" as a full LP in retail stores & on iTunes June 10th. Now I know you're all thinking "big deal, I've had this shit for months" right? Well the retail release will be different in that it will be 100% DJ free and all tracks will be mixed and mastered. In addition, there will be five brand new bonus tracks included on the disc, and yet another two bonus cuts will appear on the iTunes version, including a new track reuniting them with former producer 9th Wonder, which you can check out below....
