First off, sorry for the severe lack of updates lately. It's my last week of school before I graduate...and I been slackin this semester something serious so I've been trying to catch up with my work + study for finals all while tryin' to juggle work and the site. Things should get back to normal by the end of the week.

Secondly...Here's a nice gem that's been unearthed over the weekend in the form of Dilla's previously unreleased 2002 MCA album "Pay Jay" that was shelved by the label indefinitely. The concept is pretty ill...Dilla decided that he wanted to make an album of him spitting over some beats from his favorite producers which include Kanye West, Pete Rock, ?uestlove, Bink, Nottz, and more. The result is a must-have for any J.D. fan, especially since new material from the late producer is hard to come by. R.I.P Dilla!
