
Good lord. I wasn't expecting much from this Fat Joe album...but I must admit, I'm pretty impressed with this joint so far. I just gave it one thorough listen and Coca did not disappoint. I mean, I'm not saying that he's returned to his 90's form...but I must hand it to the man, he has ALWAYS had a great ear for beats. That's probably the only reason I've continued to check for his albums through the years and although his recent decision to dickride the South has fucked with his track record, he's back on his game with "Elephant In The Room". He got hit off with some tight production from Streetrunner, Alchemist, Premo, Cool & Dre, Danja, The Hitmen, and even Swizzy laced him with a sure fire single in "Drop"...I can already hear it blowin up in the club this Spring.
