Just wanted to pass along some unfortunate news...The Chicago Sun Times has reported today that Kanye West's mother Dr. Donda West has passed away. Apparently Kanye was overseas in London when he heard the news, and is on his way back to be with his family during this difficult time. There's no official cause of death yet, and there's been no reports of illness as she has recently released a book entitled "Raising Kanye" and the retired English professor has been traveling to bookstores across the country promoting it. After such a great year for Kanye, it's unfortunate that something like this happened, and judging by tracks like "Hey Mama" and 'Ye's very close relationship with his mother, we can only imagine what he's going through at this time.
