->MORE INFO ON THE PASSING OF KANYE'S MOTHER
There still aren't many more details known about the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of Kanye's mother Dr. Donda West. Early indications are that Ms. West was in Los Angeles having some kind of surgical procedure done and passed due to complications during or immediately after the surgery. There have been rumors around the internet and media saying that Ms. West was undergoing breast augmentation or a similar cosmetic surgery and died unexpectedly from an allergic reaction to the anesthesia used. I'll bring you more info on the cause of death when I get it.
->T.I. WORKING ON NEW ALBUM WHILE ON HOUSE ARREST
It's been revealed to Entertainment Weekly by sources close to T.I. that he has already completed at least 6 tracks for an upcoming album to be released at some point next year. Since being released on bail last month, T.I.'s been on home confinement and has been passing time but putting in long hours at his home studio. He plans to name the album "Paper Trail" to reference the fact that he's been writing his lyrics down for the first time since releasing the 2001 album "I'm Serious". He told EW that he's been crafting his rhymes mentally for years, but wants to take the time to make this album his most thought out and lyrical of his career. (Source: EW.com)
->MISTAH FAB & ROYCE DA 5'9' SQUASH BEEF
It's was reported over the weekend by AllHipHop that Mistah Fab and Royce Da 5'9 have deaded their brewing beef. After the initial battle between the two at the MC showcase in NYC sponsored by AHH, I updated you all about the little jabs they were throwing back and forth in some freestyles, which escalated to Royce releasing a verbally vicious diss track over 'Victory' that caused many to claim him as the winner. However, last week Fab dropped an exhausting 12 minute diss trying to one-up Royce's previous track which did little to win over anyone beyond the Bay. Apparently after the last track was released both men reached out over the phone and through mutual friends and decided to end their lyrical battle. We'll have to wait and see if theres any truth to the report, or if the war of words continues on. (Source: AllHipHop.com)
