Although many people were upset to hear that Joe Budden's sophomore album "Padded Room" (which has been almost 5 years in the making) was pushed back to early 2009, the outrage was quickly quieted once Joey announced that he would be releasing an official street album in late October. The project entitled "Halfway House" will feature 12 brand new tracks from Budden and is scheduled to be released digitally online via Amalgam Digital this Tuesday, October 28th. In anticipation of the drop, Budden has been posting up dozens of promotional videos on YouTube and has also leaked a few high profile tracks including the incredible "Slaughterhouse" featuring Royce Da 5'9, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I, + Nino Bless.
