Skyzoo continues to deliver with some sick unreleased joints from his back catalog of unheard collaborations and freestyles with some of the best producers in the game. In the 6th and 7th installments of the series, 'Zoo blesses us with flows over production from the late, great J. Dilla as well as one of the best doing it; DJ Hi-Tek. "First off, to everyone who’s been supporting and showing love to this archives series (from the blog runners who post them up to the blog readers who click and listen), I appreciate it 100%. The idea for this series came from my man Napoleon and it’s working out really well. I’m currently hard at work on "The Salvation" album as well as "The Power Of Words" mixtape, so rest assured that tons of new music is coming sooner than you think. This series is a good way to go back and peep some of the older stuff that may have gotten lost or didn’t reach as many ears as it could have. With that said, I bring you Skyzoo Archives #6: “History 2005″ produced by J Dilla. Anyone who knows my story knows that i’m huge J Dilla fan and that I was even lucky enough to build with him repeatedly before he passed away. I am also real close with his family, both related and extended (ie: Illa J, Guilty Simpson, House Shoes, Black Milk, etc). When I did this track in ‘05, it was for my mixtape "The City’s Favorite" and was one of the stand out tracks. It’s me doing what I do back in ‘05. Some of you may know this beat from Dilla’s leaked beat tapes and forums. It’s one of my fave’s from his later years. RIP J Dilla, the greatest producer of all time. I present to you “History 2005″, produced by J Dilla. Holla"

"For #7 in the Skyzoo Archives series, I’m starting the week off with “The Hustler’s Theme 2004″. This is a joint I did in ‘04 over a Hi-Tek beat for my mixtape "Ghetto Celebrity". I wanted to put this one out there knowing that a lot of you may not have heard it back when I first dropped it. It’s me describing what goes on outside. When I dropped this back in the day, a lotta the older dudes who were apart of what this song talks about used to ride around with this one blasting in the trunk and telling me good looks for speaking up for them. Now ya’ll can do the same. Don’t forget, the mixtape "The Power Of Words" and the album "The Salvation", both coming real soon. For now, here’s “The Hustler’s Theme-2004″, produced by Hi-Tek. Holla"
