Here it is. The long awaited new album from T.I..."Paper Trail" comes off the heels of Mr. Harris' rollercoaster past year and a half that has featured divorces, death, guns, music and many other topics that seem ripped straight from a movie. Apparently this album marked the first time in years that Tip actually took the time to pen down his lyrics and not just spit off the dome. I really hope it shows in the final product, because his last two albums, primarily his horrendous attempt to become a schizophrenic, have been all over the place and too contrived and formulaic for my taste. On this go-round, dude continued to work with frequent collaborators such as DJ Toomp, Kanye West, Just Blaze, Danja, Swizz Beatz, Drumma Boy & J.R. Rotem. The guests that appear on the album include former nemisis Ludacris, B.o.B., Rihanna, Usher, Swizzy, John Legend, Justin Timberlake, and the all-star lineup for "Swagger Like Us"; Jay-Z, Kanye & Lil' Wayne.
