What's up gang? I know it's been a few days, but I've been busy & working on a bunch of exciting things behind the scenes (I swear haha). In my attempt to make the Undaground as good as it can be, I've been working on some design changes, new features, and some other things that'll make this place even better. I know the updates have been sparse even after I took a that hiatus in July, but that's also being addressed as I'm looking to add 1-2 more bloggers to the staff to ensure that the DU will be updated multiple times daily with the freshest new material, all while continuing to bring the highest quality music & unique content to the DU.
Although I've already spoken to a few people about jumping on board here, I'll also extend the offer to the readers as well since I know that quite a few of you are already blogging at other sites. So if you are passionate about hip-hop, have some free time, and are interested in finding out some more details about what I'm looking for, shoot me an email at johnvega@tmail.com along with some info about yourself and why I should hire your ass and then we'll take it from there. I'd prefer people with writing experience, a good knowledge of hip-hop, & good computer skills are an absolute must.
Oh and don't get it twisted...JV aint going nowhere! I'll still continue to take on a bulk of the posting here, I'm just looking for enough help so that my sometimes hectic work schedule no longer interferes with the day to day updates.
So with that said, expect some more updates tonight along with some new graphics & a better designed navigation & sidebar within the next few days. From there I'll begin to introduce new features...including the plan for the long delayed Undaground Radio and hopefully I'll introduce some new staff by the end of the week.
