I know I'm a little late on this...But yesterday morning EW.com reported that a Def Jam representative had indeed confirmed that Nas's upcoming album will no longer be called "Nigger". I guess all the controversy finally got the best of the higher powers over at Def Jam and they decided to force Mr. Jones into submission. The story went on to state that the album is now tentatively titled "Nas" although it was just reported that the album is in fact still untitled. Come on dude! You're 10 years deep into the game and one of the most prolific artists in hip-hop and you're STILL getting jerked around like that??

Oh well, at least we got some new music from Nasir to make us feel a little better...
