Despite all the rumors circulating the internet this weekend, "Tha Carter III" did not leak and was never going to. Even though the album's release is getting closer and closer and Wayne's music leaks more frequently then my faucet...It's probably still gonna be a few more weeks 'til the album sneaks onto the 'net. But there is some bright news for all you fiends lookin' for that Wayne fix...The Empire is about to drop the fifth and final installment of their "Drought Is Over" mixtape series. "The Drought Is Over 5: Grand Closing" will officially drop in the next week or so, but I'm willing to bet it'll be out sooner than later.
