Here's the new album from one of my favorite groups doin it...Little Brother.

They've been through a lot this year from getting dropped from their label, parting ways with long-time producer 9th Wonder, and getting a whole lot of backlash from their so-called "fans" who were doubtful that they could continue making ill music without 9th in the mix.

After getting the album this morning and giving it a good listen...I can definitely say that neither Phonte or Pooh has disappointed. It's the same LB chemistry and sound that made The Listening & The Minstrel Show stand out, only this time it's with a range of producers providing beats that suit LB's unique style. The impressive lineup of producers include: Hi-Tek, Nottz, Illmind, Khrysis, Mr. Porter, and even 9th Wonder. The 11 track album also features some guest spots from Lil Wayne, Jozeemo, Dion, Carlitta Durand & long-time collaborator Darien Brockington.

The album will be hitting stores on October 23rd...if you like what you hear...cop it and support these dudes! I'm sure many of you think because I run this site + have access to all this music that I must never buy anything...but that can't be any further from the truth. I make it a point to buy albums that I think are worthy of my money...especially if the artist isn't well known in the mainstream and is in a situation where every sale counts.
